Overview

The Kayako Plan page has been discontinued and removed from the interface.

To see your current plan details, sign in to your Kayako instance with an administrator account and open https://<your Kayako URL>/api/v1/plan. The page shows your plan name (name) and expiry date (expiry_at). Scroll down to the limits section to see your plan's limits, such as the number of agent seats (agents), collaborators and brands.

To add or remove seats, or to change your subscription, please contact your Kayako sales representative at sales@kayako.com. For technical issues or billing problems, such as clerical errors or being unable to make a payment, please raise a ticket.
