Kayako 5.2.19 Release Notes

The Kayako (TNK) 5.2.19 release brings fixes to 4 issues that have been previously reported. Read this article to find out more about the issues that were fixed.

 


 

Information

 

Component Fix Description
SLA Automation The SLA timer should be paused when a ticket is in "Pending" status and resumed when the ticket is marked as "In Progress".
HelpCenter Notes posted via API are not visible in the UI.
Customization The default value of the text field for a Regular Expression should be blank when a new field is created.
Agent Panel Better UX: The application should be able to function smoothly even if the "Specific Teams" drop-down menu item is not selected while creating a new report.

 

NOTE: There is no additional action required from customers. The upgrade is done in the backend.
