Kayako can now tell you the status of the replies your agents send to customers, whether it's been:

• Sent successfully
• Delivered to their inbox
• Bounced
• Read 

The GFI shared above shows a visual representation of the sent successfully, delivered and read status of your email. A bounce-back email is received in case the email gets bounced back.
