This article addresses the possibility of including the CC recipients in the automatic replies that Kayako sends using placeholders.

At the moment, it is not possible to include the CC recipients in the automatic replies sent by Kayako using triggers, as there is no option or placeholder available for it.

We have added this request as an escalation for product enhancement. Our product team will look into its implementation scope and will include it in the product soon.

We will notify once this feature is added into the product.
