Accessing emojis in Kayako differs depending on the operating system. You can use shortcuts to open the emoji pop up menu on the Agent Portal.

To open the Emoji window, use the following shortcut keys depending on the operating system.

macOS:

Control+Command+Space

Windows 10 OS:

Win + period (.) or Win + semicolon (;)

You can also access emojis in the article editor menu tray/bar.
