Kayako 5.2.18 Release Notes

Overview

The Kayako (TNK) 5.2.18 release brings fixes to two issues previously reported. Read through the next section to find out more about these fixes.

Component	Fix Description
HelpCenter	An issue was identified where collaborators were unable to save an article in draft mode and edit it later.
API	We fixed a bug in the User smart list API endpoint `/api/v1/users` so that the API now returns the correct list of users created on a given date.

NOTE: There is no additional action required from customers. The upgrade is done in the backend.
