Images Added in Email Template Are Not Showing in Agent Reply

Overview

Consider this scenario: An agent edits the reply email template for customers of a certain brand by adding images or banners in several places. However, they do not show in the agent's reply messages.

 

Information

This behavior is by design. Images added in the email template are not visible in the agent's Kayako reply but are sent out in the email to the customer.
