The Kayako (TNK) 5.2.20 release brings a fix to only one issue that was reported previously. Read this article to find out more about the issue that was fixed.

A security fix was created for the issue identified on KAYAKO-14594, where a user can add a hotlink as the name when signing up in the Kayako Help Center.

• This permits the sending of malicious or phishing links through the Welcome email and can potentially expose those users to security risks.
• A security fix was deployed on the Kayako (TNK) 5.2.20 release to resolve this issue.

NOTE: There is no additional action required from customers. The upgrade is done in the backend.
